I don't know you personally, but I know w...Jim,<br />I don't know you personally, but I know where you are. It seems no one cares, no one helps, no one loves. God's grace is sufficient whether you are at Rock bottom or seemingly on top of the world. Sin, depression, hopelessness, guilt, inability, failure are all words that describe us. I remember a time when my wife and kids had left, I had been fired from my job in ministry, all my friends from years of ministry disappeared. I was alone nowhere to turn no one be to trust. My options were to turn to God and His great mercy and grace or wallow in my misery. I fought that battle for years. On most days misery won. I ran from the truths that I had known from a child. The day came when I could go no further. In a moment of God's grace he brought me into himself. I can't explain it, but this I know I trusted God with all my cares. Here is what He did. He forgave me. He loved me. He raised me up. Revelation 3:19-21 was and is a great help to me in trouble. My life's not perfect now nor will yours ever be, but I have learned that Jesus is enough! He is all I need! He brought me to a church with a pastor that loved me, encouraged me, rebuked me, exhorted me. This love that God has for me is there for you. Your twitter presence has frustrated me at times and encouraged me at times. You have a twitter family that cares about you. We are not all IFB(I am), some are Calvinistic (I am not), some are not KJVO(I am), but no matter what we are described as we are Christians who care about you. We love you Jim. I love you Jim. I pray that as God brings you through this time that you will trust him. Don't quit! God truly loves you.broken but remadehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06999764099245431889noreply@blogger.com
